This work is deeply personal to me.

I watched my mum suffer through menopause without the understanding, support or solutions she deserved. Back then, menopause wasn’t talked about. It was dismissed. Brushed off. She was told to “just get on with it”, even as her body changed, her energy plummeted, and her spark slowly faded. I saw the toll it took on her, and on us as a family. It left a mark on me. One I carry with purpose.

That experience lit a fire in me, a promise, really, to make sure no woman feels invisible or misunderstood during menopause again.

You're a man – how can you help me with menopause?

Great question. No, I haven’t lived through menopause, and I never will – but I’ve seen the heartbreak it can cause when women don’t get the support they need. My mum’s experience shaped everything I do. I’ve dedicated my life and training to helping women feel seen, heard, and supported through every stage of menopause.
